“Nec plus ultra” is a latin phrase meaning “nothing further beyond”. Jidvei has the largest Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in Romania and one of the biggest in Europe.
It’s also one of the oldest ones, as the Sauvignon Blanc white wine, along with other Romanian grape varieties were the traditional products Jidvei was known and appreciated in the market. The “NEC PLUS ULTRA” range of wines celebrates this heritage and the fact that winemaking reached its peak in the crafting of these special wines.
